Introducing kids to healthy habits at an early age is very important. It helps develop physical, mental and social skills. At Kefi, children will learn in a fun atmosphere and in the comfort of their homes, to stay active and develop strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. Additionally, our sessions will further help them develop greater body awareness, better focus and concentration.
Kefi All stars is a mixed group program for boys & girls and men & women. This batch will be trained by our wellness coach Nisha and our fitness coach Tyson. The key elements of this course will be to focus on body shaping, muscle building, increasing flexibility, high intensity workouts, etc.
Fitness is important for all women, a fact that is normally ignored by most. They fail to realize that it is equally important to take care of themselves apart from taking care of their near and dear ones. Kefi Divas is dedicated to all women who do not have the time to focus on their own fitness due to their daily schedules both at home and at work. Our fitness routines enables women to develop strength, flexibility, endurance and stamina. Additionally it also focusses on strengthening the heart, respiratory functions and relieves stress and anxiety.
